Frequently Asked Questions

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash and Check!  We also accept payments through Money Transfer Services like Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo.  Currently we do NOT accept credit cards the way a traditional retailer would.

Do you only use original replacement parts?

UL listings require us to use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts.  We have relationships will vendors that allow us to get you the correct part for your particular appliance with a VERY FEW exceptions

How long will it take you to repair my items?

A typical service call usually takes between 45-75 minutes.  Some take longer, but some are quicker.  The length of time it takes does NOT affect the amount you pay.  Up-front pricing means you don't owe more if a service takes longer than we expect!

Are you SURE you can fix it?

YES ! ! !

If we can't fix it; it's because it can't be fixed.

Do you warranty your work?

YES! ! !  If you pay me to fix your fireplace you can rest easy knowing that it is actually fixed!  

You have 30 days from the service date to report back with any continued issues.  If I have to come back for the same reason, you don't pay any additional cost.

If you elect to replace parts, those parts (and labor) are warrantied for 1 year from the service.
